The area has 7 cubicles destined for adults, and 2 for pediatric patients. All of them are equipped with the latest technology allowing permanent monitoring and life saving actions, and for the care of severely ill patients.  One of the cubicles is isolated.

This is a polyvalent unit, that is to say, it cares for patients that require intensive care from metabolic conditions to patients with severe traumatisms, high risk post-operatory patients, septic patients, etc.
